An experienced senior operations leader with a strong background across manufacturing, production, logistics, warehousing and supply chain environments. They have operated at board level, reporting into senior national and global leadership teams, with responsibility for multiple operational functions and teams of up to 100+ people.

Commercially focused and hands-on, they bring a proven track record in stabilising teams through change, improving operational efficiency, strengthening KPI performance and delivering systems-led improvements. They are looking for a permanent opportunity and are available on a three-month notice period.

  • Board-level operational leadership: Currently leading multiple operational departments for a premium textile manufacturing business, aligning teams, processes and priorities with customer and commercial requirements.
