They have led large, complex multi-site operations across the UK and Ireland, with full P&L responsibility, board-level exposure and accountability for service performance, quality, compliance, QHSE and operational transformation.

They bring a practical, data-led approach to continuous improvement, combining lean methodology with strong commercial judgement. Based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire, they are well placed for opportunities across the East Midlands and wider Midlands corridor.
