They have operated at board level, leading central operations, customer service, facilities, planning and employee relations across national networks with around 1,000 colleagues, over 1m sq. ft of operational space and budgets of more than £90m.

They are at their best in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where service, cost, safety and culture all need to move forward together. Their background includes major cost transformation, network optimisation, operational turnarounds, trade union engagement, crisis recovery and business sale preparation within large-scale UK logistics organisations.
