About the candidate

A highly experienced distribution and logistics leader with more than 20 years’ experience across retail, FMCG, parcel, e-commerce and automated warehousing environments. They have led large-scale, multi-site and high-volume operations, including fully automated distribution centres, start-up sites, site closures and major operational transformation programmes.

Currently operating at senior leadership level, they bring strong P&L ownership, customer management, QSHE governance and people leadership capability.

• Proven cost-saving delivery: Reduced fixed operating costs by approximately £200k through management restructuring, while maintaining service levels and operational stability.
• Major CI impact: Generated a continuous improvement initiative delivering around £2m in annual savings, with payback achieved in under six months.
