They have led full site functions across teams of around 200–300 people, with responsibility spanning production, engineering, supply chain, culture change, KPI delivery, customer standards and P&L ownership.

They bring a practical, people-focused leadership style, with a track record of improving site performance through lean processes, clear governance and strong engagement with leadership teams, operators, unions, customers and external partners. Immediately available for a permanent opportunity, they would suit a fast-paced manufacturing site looking for steady, commercially minded leadership.
