Currently operating as part of the senior leadership team, they bring a strong blend of strategic operations, end-to-end supply chain management, working capital optimisation and business transformation experience across the UK and European markets.
They have led multi-region operational set-ups, supplier networks across Europe, Asia and South America, and major ERP-led change programmes. Commercially minded and data-driven, they are well suited to a permanent leadership role where operational performance, scalability and cross-functional collaboration are key.
