An experienced Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics Consultant with a strong track record leading complex, multi-site industrial operations across manufacturing, distribution, construction, capital equipment, automotive and FMCG environments. They bring a blend of strategic and hands-on leadership, with experience spanning COO, General Manager, Supply Chain Director, Operations Director and interim transformation roles.

They are particularly strong in stabilising operations, improving customer service, reshaping operating models and delivering measurable cost, productivity and working capital improvements. Available immediately for contract opportunities, they are well suited to businesses needing senior interim support across growth, turnaround, transformation or operational excellence programmes.
