About the candidate
A senior transformation and operations leader with around 40 years’ international experience across defence, rail, automotive, aerospace, nuclear and wider industrial manufacturing. They have operated at board, COO, Managing Director and Production Director level, leading global multi-site operations, major scale-ups, turnarounds, M&A integration and complex manufacturing transformation programmes.
Immediately available for contract opportunities, they bring a strong mix of strategic leadership and hands-on operational delivery. Their background includes accountability for P&Ls of over £250m, leadership of more than 2,500 employees and transformation work across the UK, Europe and the Americas.
