Application Engineer

Nuneaton
£40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical support across the sales team,
• Gain an understanding of customers products to better provide advice on solutions,
• Respond to a variety of technical queries across a wide range of products, liaising across the business and proactively researching where information is not immediately available,
• Support product selection relating it directly to application,
• Opportunities to support marketing with product briefs and technical specification documents,
• Provide high-levels of customer service, dealing with queries to conclusion, with regular communication,

Skills and Experience:

• Engineering Degree,
• End to end sales/project experience,
• Lead pricing and quoting processes,
• Strong communication skills,
