We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our client's team in the security products industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your existing network to drive business growth and develop existing accounts.

Our client is a fast growing business who are currently going from strength to strength providing security based solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your skills to identify and develop new business opportunities within the security sector.
  • Grow and develop existing accounts using your industry knowledge to cross sell additional products.
  • Build relationships with distribution centres and provide regular training/demonstrations on new products.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, developments, and competitors, allowing for informed decision-making and seizing opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and service throughout their journey.
  • Follow up on leads and quotes, leaving no stone unturned to convert them into successful ventures.
  • Enhance your industry knowledge and network by attending key events, conferences, and exhibitions, contributing to the growth of our brand.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Ideally have experience of driving sales and business development success in a B2B services/solutions environment, managing a sales pipeline, delivering against revenue quotas
  • Knowledge of the Security sector including providing security solutions is essential.
  • A demonstrable/verifiable record of accomplishment in generating new, multimillion pound business services solutions; a recent and demonstrable record of sales quota achievement.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
