Are you an energetic, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on developing existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities within established customer networks?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading business within the commercial catering support sector, specialising in service, maintenance, compliance and engineering solutions for professional kitchens and foodservice environments.

You'll inherit a portfolio of established accounts across Scotland, focusing on building trusted relationships, increasing customer spend and identifying opportunities to grow service and maintenance agreements across a broad customer base.

You'll work with customers across sectors including Healthcare, Leisure, Education, Hospitality, Contract Catering and other multi-site operations, helping them maximise uptime, compliance and service performance through tailored engineering and maintenance solutions.

The Role

  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customer accounts across Scotland
  • Build strong long-term relationships with key decision makers
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing service, maintenance and support agreements
  • Win additional business through existing frameworks and approved supplier agreements
  • Prospect and develop warm opportunities within targeted sectors and regions
  • Work closely with internal support teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain an active pipeline and structured territory plan using CRM tools
  • Attend customer meetings, industry events and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • A motivated and commercially driven sales professional
  • Experience in account management, client development or business development
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Someone proactive, organised and highly self-motivated
  • Comfortable managing a field-based territory
  • Experience within catering equipment, facilities management, engineering services, foodservice or related sectors would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Healthcare, Education, Leisure or multi-site customers would be beneficial
