WE NEED YOU
A Continuous Improvement Analyst with the ability to drive and implement business improvement projects within Operations

My client is an established manufacturing business in Blackburn.

What you'll be doing:
- Identifying and delivering business improvement projects across the Operations function
- Managing the continuous improvement process to ensure CI opportunities are identified and implemented
- Contributing to ensuring a strong quality and CI culture and competence through training and staff development
What we need from you:
- CI experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Understanding of Lean principles
- Yellow Belt Six Sigma
- Strong people skills - good communication/influencing/stakeholder engagement
