Role Overview:

Cast UK are supporting a rapidly expanding business with the recruitment process for a Customer Account Co-ordinator. As a Customer Account Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and service. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and liaising with our team of internal engineers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Coordinate with internal engineers to schedule and manage service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor service performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Ensure all administration tasks are completed to a high standard

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a customer facing position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong administration skills are essential
