My client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to join their growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience within Supply Chain Planning and is wanting to join a fast paced environment. This business has been working throughout his year and this is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to get stuck in to a new position.

This role

As Demand Planner you will be hands on with managing the PO's, getting involved in forecasting, managing stock and stock control and working cross functionally wit the other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare end to end demand forecasts

• Support the S&OP process to ensure the provision of a robust demand forecast

• Attend regular forecast meetings with Sales team to review and agree rolling forecast

• Report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvements within the forecast process

• Provide additional reports to the Supply Chain Director to ensure a steady flow of products.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience working within the Supply Chain in a Planning role
  
  
• Experience working in an FMCG or Manufacturing environment

• Strong work ethic with enthusiasm and drive to grow and develop

• Excel experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Honed organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines

• Experience in a fast paced environment
  
  
• System knowledge, ideally SlimFour

Remuneration

£30,000 - £35,000
