Are you a Demand Planner or Forecast Analyst looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you have experience within FMCG and/or Retail?
CAST UK are recruiting a fantastic demand planning opportunity for a growing business in the Wakefield area - could this be your next career move?!
Role Profile
- Produce monthly demand plans and support monthly management reporting
- Undertake forecasting for all customers and products across the range
- Track actual vs forecasted demand, aiming to continuously improve forecast accuracy
- Work collaboratively with international functions such as Sales and Finance to better understand demand drivers
- Support S&OP process, actively participating in monthly S&OP meetings
Ideal Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a demand planning / forecasting role
- Excellent analytical ability with proven Excel skills (Intermediate or Advanced level)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive problem solver
