As we grow and expand our range of products, we are looking for a Demand Planning Manager, who is enthusiastic, ambitious, fun, and hungry to work in a busy environment. If this sounds like you get in touch.

What is in for you?

• Strong forecasting skills to understand crucial factors that are leading demand to improve sales, customer lead times and drive Gross Margin
• Responsible for improving our product stock profile.
• Managing the OTB and "seasonal" buys
• Supervising the management of MTO capacity plans and forecast volumes.
• Identifying targets for non MTO product ranges while building new stock planning and forecasting processes.
• Great skills on working closely with the teams across the operations.
• Present Product commercial reporting on regular basis.
• Presenting action plans considering key KPIs
• Analysing the current demand planning processes and systems and consistently challenging to deliver highest commercial benefits by improving lead time and stock flow.
• Great leaderships and coaching skills to lead Demand Planning team.
• Strong relationship building skills with key stakeholders.
