Role Profile

Our client offers a fantastic culture and work-life balance. They are offering a 36 hour permanent contract over 3 or 4 days, not including weekends or late nights! As a driver you will be a vital member of the team, you will be customer facing therefore acting as an ambassador for the business. In this role you will be expected to deliver a range of parcels and goods to multiple destinations.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out daily vehicles checks and report any problems to your line manager.
• Ensure the vehicles is kept clean and tidy.
• Assist in loading orders onto the vehicle making sure that the payload is within the correct limits for the vehicle.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time in full on a daily basis.
• Ensure all paperwork and for proof of deliver is correct and authorised.
• Report any accidents immediately in accordance with company procedures.

Key skills and Requirements

• Driving experience.
• Clean driving license is desirable.
• No criminal record (DBS/CRB check will be undertaken)
• Communication skills.
• Hard working attitude.
• Fluent in English.
