Job Description

Cast UK are happy to be Partnering Bunzl UK & Ireland a focused and successful specialist international distribution and services business who provide a variety of products and solutions that are essential for their customers in the successful operation of their businesses.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the BUKI EHS team and the broader EHS community to deliver excellent administrative support services. This includes sharing and implementing best practices, monitoring compliance with group EHS standards and reporting obligations, and providing analysis and management information. You will be responsible for conducting remote compliance audits, performing on-site audits for low-risk sites, and actively participating in audits for larger and higher-risk locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance checks and document reviews for all sites, reporting non-conformities and generating audit reports.
• Oversee and manage suppliers to the UK&I team, including compliance services, waste and energy management, certification bodies, and facilities contractors.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive data handling and analysis services to the BUKI team and wider EHS community.
• Perform on-site audits, ensuring adherence to Bunzl group and UK&I management systems requirements, and effectively manage audit reports and actions.
• Serve as the UK&I expert and primary contact for EHS software solutions, including the creation and utilization of MI reports and dashboards across the organization.

Skills and Experience:

• Level 3 Certificate in Health and Safety (NEBOSH, NCRQ or equivalent)
• Ability to manage complex data, using it to present compelling arguments for business cases,
• Attention to detail and an ability to manage own workload/projects,
