Competitive Salary Benefits
Our client, an established and leading supplier of catering supplies and equipment is looking to recruit an experienced Export Administrator to join their team.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the export process, working closely with the warehouse teams, producing invoices and packing lists for Export shipments.
You will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. You must also have a good understanding of export regulations and processes, as well as a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also need to have a good working knowledge of the catering supplies and equipment industry.
- Coordinating with customers, sales team, suppliers and shipping companies
- Preparing quotes, invoices and export documentation
- Ensuring all orders are shipped in a timely manner
- Updating and maintaining all export records
- Ensuring compliance with all export regulations
- Assisting with customer service queries
Technical Skills Required:
- Experience working with exports is desirable.
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good understanding of export regulations and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
