Role Profile

Cast UK are working in partnership with Bunzl, the leading distributor of disposables, packaging and hygiene solutions to the hospitality and catering, public sector, education, and healthcare. The business is witnessing continued growth across their operations by the successful attraction of new customers and the development of existing accounts. The Finance Shared Service provides support across the organisation and provides a great opportunity for development due to it's multi-system environment with significant exposure to key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will join an established Financial Analytics Team with a fantastic developmental culture. With responsibility for business intelligence reporting, process improvement, data optimisation, and system data integrity, this role plays a key part in adding value and driving business advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in generating routine Management Information reports and monthly KPI consolidation.
• Extract, modify, and analyse sales/purchasing data from both internal and third-party systems.
• Create and maintain Business Intelligence Dashboards for KPI and action-focused reporting.
• Keep an up-to-date repository of data reports for internal and external (Customer and Supplier) stakeholders.
• Ensure the integrity of system data, report exceptions, and enhance reporting processes.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders understanding their needs, offering support, and delivering data effectively and efficiently.
• Provide assistance to the Business Analytics team with impromptu reporting tasks.
