This represents a great opportunity to join a thriving business as Finance Manager, and will suit candidates with aspirations to work towards a Financial Controller role in the future.

Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance operations as well as producing management accounts and financial analysis. You will engage and partner with the business and develop a small but high performing finance team!

What will the role involve?

• Producing monthly management accounts for the business
• Reconciling and reviewing relevant balance sheet accounts
• Managing cash flow and reviewing the company's financial position
• Managing UK VAT and corporate tax returns
• Completing monthly payroll
• Acting as the lead contact for the annual audit process and preparing consolidated accounts
• Business partnering and engagement

Ideal Skills and Experience

• Qualified Accountant with 5 years post qual experience
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of managing audit processes
• Previous experience of corporation tax returns
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ambition to progress career within Finance
