I'm partnering a brilliant business to find an outgoing, collaborative, and proactive Finance Manager to join their business and play a key part in their ongoing growth.
With a passionate line manager who's focused on developing an effective and supportive culture, a friendly and collaborative culture, and a really friendly team, this is a brilliant opportunity and one not to miss.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for daily, weekly monthly reporting,
- Ad-hob business partner support with stake holder engagement across teams,
- Balance sheet, cash flow and P&L preparation,
- Develop weekly reports - both sales and trade,
- Assist with yearly finance audit,
- Forecasting responsibilities including variance analysis with ongoing commentary,
- Line management experience for a Finance Analyst,
Skills and Experience:
- CIMA or ACCA qualified,
- Systems and process implementation experience,
- Ideally coming from a retail background,
- Outgoing and confident - ideal!
