Role Profile
To be responsible for the management of a successful and expanding clinical centre, supporting and managing the team and effective running of the site with some potential for supporting new centres coming on board. General management role with responsibility for overseeing all staffing and day to day requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
To further Develop and maintain the Business Development Strategy that will drive income and deliver growth targets. Be an advocate for delivering the best service for all of our stakeholders including patients, staff and consultant team.
Lead the clinical and patient services teams to deliver the agreed targets.
Devise, organise and implement a targeted account and relationship management programme for Consultants/NHS contracts with volume/revenue targets agreed with the Directors.
Proactively research, develop and launch, in association with the clinical lead a profitable new satellite service as part of an ongoing business expansion programme.
Lead and develop the patient services team to deliver both enquiry handling and sales conversion in line with agreed standards from initial enquiry to quote to a booking.
Build relationships with key representatives of CCGs and NHS Trusts and seek opportunities for NHS business growth through local contract works.
Work with the Marketing agency and staff team to deliver the effective marketing of the fertility services in accordance with the annual business development.
