Role Profile

Cast UK is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within a family-owned business, a prominent market leader in their industry. As the Head of Business Services you will spearhead different areas of the company, collaborating closely with department heads across Operations & Sales.

This newly established position is pivotal in the business' ambitious 5-year growth strategy, aiming to enhance performance and expand market presence. Your leadership will play a critical role in cultivating a growth-oriented culture among the team, ensuring their engagement and motivation to realise the company vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and improving business structure and communication as per growth plans.
• Managing day-to-day operations across Procurement, Product Management, Customer Service, and IT Systems.
• Overseeing key supply partners and executing strategic best practices.
• Supporting the quest for quality data and insights to improve decision-making.
• Leading projects and collaborating with external partners to align business capabilities with company growth.
• Cultivating a customer-centric approach, addressing, and implementing solutions for recurring issues.
• Work as part of the key Senior Management Team to achieve the company vision while adhering to company values.

Skills & Experience

• Effective communication and influence at all business levels.
• Strong analysis, numbers, and using data for achieving business goals.
• Understanding IT systems, managing their support, and development through third parties.
• Great team and people management skills for achieving company objectives.
• Experience in handling business change projects.
• Adaptability, embracing new ways of working, and managing personal/team learning and growth.
• Knowledge of ERP migrations would be advantageous.
