Role Profile
Cast UK is partnering exclusively with our eCommerce client to recruit a Head of eCommerce.
This highly successful business has continued to see rapid growth this year, and due to continued expansion, they are now looking to add this newly created role to lead their eCommerce team.
The key purpose of this role will be to manage the eCommerce team and achieve sales and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Managing the eCommerce team to ensure maximum brand performance, revenue generation and KPIs across all brands
- Hands-on management of one of the key brands in the portfolio, including website content and customer journey to ensure maximum commercial performance of the site
- Coordinating all teams and resources to ensure all ranges are launched on time
- Working with Merchandising teams to optimise the trade plan, ensure product availability and hit all revenue targets
- Working with Marketing teams to ensure appropriate site content, marketing campaigns and promotions
- Using web analytics tools on a regular basis to monitor KPIs and improve performance
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience within a senior eCommerce role
- Proven track record in delivering sales and revenue growth in European markets
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrable management and leadership skills
- Experience of Shopify and web analytics tools
This role will be home based with travel to the office 2 days per week.
