So what will be involved in the role?
- Identifying key areas of focus to address people challenges and align them with the company's HR strategy.
- Developing solutions and providing people expertise to support HR strategy and address challenges.
- Providing guidance on best practices for recruitment, restructuring, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by coaching and providing feedback to line managers, building relationships with stakeholders, and challenging others to provide solutions to people and business issues.
- Overseeing the HR process across the region and working closely with the Operations Director to ensure KPIs are being consistently met and exceeded.
What are we looking for?
- Strong experience in a Generalist HR role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Experience in working with both blue and white collar workers
- Desirable: experience in facilities / grounds management sector
