Cast UK have been appointed to search for an experienced Inbound Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join a thriving Environmentally Friendly Packaging company in Elstree. The company offers a unrivalled range of diverse eco friendly, compastable, biodegradele products which are sourced from ethical and sustainable sources.

With a focus on quality products, affordable prices, flexible volumes and outstanding customer service, they are well placed to service the needs and requirements of the food and catering operations of schools, NHS, universities, catering companies, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, takeaway shops, wholesale and private companies.

The company also offers a full custom branding and bespoke packaging service thereby providing customers with tailored solutions that meet both their brand and environmental ambitions and objectives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries in a professional manner offering accurate information and resolving any issues with fantastic customer service.
  • Building relationships with existing customers in order to cross sell and upsell to maximise basket spend.
  • Generating new sales leads and escalating business opportunities.
  • Going the extra mile with customers via phone and email to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.
  • Working with the customer service manager to ensure a high level of customer service is being delivered.
  • Preparing sampling requests to be dispatched daily.

Candidate Requirements

  • Customer support experience.
  • Strong telephone handling skills and active listening skills.
  • The ability to respond and react to customers in any given scenario.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbally.
  • Fantastic Problem Solving skills.
  • The ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks accordingly.
  • Professional manner when handling disputes across all communications methods.
