Role Profile
Our North Wales based client is looking for an Interim Operations Manager to work on an exciting project following a new site acquisition and migration project.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Manage the various project phases as part of site migration including kitting, assembly and manufacturing, warehouse & distribution
- Review and improve materials handling processes
- Implement new CI initiatives and efficient ways of working
- Introduction of Kanban systems to optimise productivity
- Ensure dispatch runs smoothly with no impact on service levels
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience working within manufacturing/ production environments including assembly lines
- Experience using various WMS including system implementations
- Strong CI & lean focus
- Must be immediately available
- Flexible approach to work & travel
