Role Profile

Cast UK have been instructed by one of our most established customers to recruit a Product Marketing Manager for their office based in Birmingham.

This is an essential hire for the business and will own the development of the products ranges with the brand. You will listen to the voice of the customer and use data gathered from outside and within the business to continuously innovate and improve the product range to deliver a class-leading product offering to our customer base both digitally and through traditional methods.

Key responsibilities:

• Understands & effectively presents and delivers presentations on the products, features and benefits to internal and external customers
  * Analyse sales and market research to identify trends and gaps
  * Build relationships to partner with key preferred suppliers
  * Create & schedule marketing activity to grow product sales
  * Seek competitor advantage & support the generation of effective targeted campaigns
  * Prepare and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis metrics and reporting for team & wider business
  * Work closely with customers to understand requirements and tailor offering to their needs
  * Develop documentation for product release and training
  * Generates reports to share brand analysis with key stakeholders
  * Review industry trends and feedback to anticipate future demands
  

Skills & Experience:

Computer Literate - Excel (intermediate upwards advantageous), PowerPoint, Word
Ability to present sales data and targets
Analytical & Negotiation skills

Remuneration

£30,000 - £33,000 & Excellent Benefits
