Role Profile

Cast UK have been instructed by one of our most established customers to recruit an IT 1^st line support for their office based in Southwest Hampshire. This is an essential hire for the business and will provide effective 1st Line IT Support to the business across the UK, looking after 1000 users.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all colleagues onsite and remotely
• Logging of incidents, user queries and diagnosing faults
• Efficiently escalating support cases to 2nd & 3rd line support where necessary
• Tracking support cases to resolution within SLA
• Configure & Maintain Laptops, PCs, Mobiles, Printers, Phone Systems
• Support of Back Office Systems
• Support of 3rd Party Software
• AntiVirus installation to Desktops & Laptops
• Management of user accounts

Skills & Experience:

• Experience of maintenance and administration of Windows 7/8/10 & Active Directory
• Working knowledge of OS installation with initial setup & configuration
• Knowledge of Office 365 & Exchange online
• Ability to think on feet and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication skills, including the ability to convey technical
• concepts and information to both technical and non-technical people

Remuneration

£26,000 - £32,000 DOE Benefits
