Bunzl Catering Supplies, part of the Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division, is the leading distributor of disposables, packaging and hygiene solutions to the hospitality and catering sectors in the UK. Delivering to a variety of customers in both the private and public sector from small independent cafe owners, local health trusts and schools to national hotel and restaurant chains and the aviation market.

As the exclusive recruitment partner for Bunzl Catering, Cast UK have been instructed to recruit a Junior Commercial Analyst for their WK Thomas operation in Chessington.

The Junior Commercial Analyst will report into the Commercial Manager. This key position for their head office requires and dynamic individual who is keen to learn and develop their own skill sets. This is a Monday to Friday role operating normal office hours

Responsibilities will include:

• Control and update Customer Business plans on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Help prepare quotes for both customers and suppliers
• Extract, manipulate and analysis sales / purchasing data from Company data system
• Maintain up to date deck of internal and external (Customer and Supplier) data reports
• Process monthly Customer Price Build reporting and analysis
• Confident approach to conversing with Customers and Suppliers, with the ability to ask probing questions to aid with customer service.

Skills & Experience

Candidates are sought who have a keen interest in adding to their skills repertoire and that are fascinated by working with data and information. You will be a dynamic individual who is open to learning new systems and processes. You will have a proactive approach to problem solving and be able to prioritise and seek-out backlog of work. The successful candidate will have a commercial mindset who has the ability to see the wider commercial picture.
