Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting our client with the recruitment of an Operations Manager to be based out of their operation in Sherborne.
You will take full responsibility Managing the warehousing, organisation, and distribution of goods. Overseeing the receipt and recording of stock, ensuring accuracy of goods received and correct storage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable for the performance of the warehouse and distribution activity on site.
- Routing HGV deliveries
- Managing staff, including training and CPD
- Allocate and manage resources, including booking external resources to fit the changing demands of the business
- Providing strong leadership and direction to ensure best in class service is delivered to all customers
- Responsible for all H&S and quality audits including risk assessments and safe systems of work in your areas.
Skills & Experience:
- Food Distribution experience preferred
- Organisation
- Good IT skills
- Flexibility and resourcefulness

£40,000 - £46,000 DOE Benefits
