Maintenance Administrator - Manchester - Up to £26,000 D.O.E

An experienced Administrator with strong communication and excellent organisational skills.

What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing all maintenance related administration
- Administrating an automated maintenance alerts platform and actioning as required
- Tracking the progress of scheduled maintenance and ensuring deadlines are met
- Day to day coordination of the maintenance needs for various sites and communicating with maintenance contractors
What we need from you:
- Great administrative skills and ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Time management and an ability to plan and organise own workload
- Self-motivated with an ability to use initiative
