Our client, who is a fast-growing Ecommerce organisation are looking to recruit a Managing Director to help drive forward their business across logistics, new territory expansion and business improvements. You will play a key role in the development of the business moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall management and leadership to logistics team, ensuring clear objectives and targets are set
- Ensure best-in-class customer service in delivered at all times
- Implement, monitor and improve all business elements while providing first in class customer service to clientele
- Work cross-functionally with other areas of the business including finance, HR and legal to ensure alignment to business objectives
- Improve efficiency of end-to-end supply chain through cost reduction and increasing throughput
- Build and develop rewarding relationships with third parties and new partners, whilst ensuring consistency of service to customers
Key Skills & Experience
- Ability to demonstrate record of cost reduction and improving efficiency of retail operations
- Hands-on leader with ability to communicate at all levels and lead from the front
- Demonstratable evidence of leading teams across multi-function business operations
- Lead and implemented change management operations.
Remuneration
£125,000 - £140,000 + Benefits
