Role Profile
Cast UK are partnering with an expanding business to assist in the recruitment of a Digital Marketing Manager. With a key focus on biddable media, you will be responsible for the management of the search engine marketing accounts. You will manage the annual Marketing budget, ensuring maximisation on search engines and page clicks.
The role will be working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis allowing working from home for 3 days per week, with 2 days in the London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the biddable media strategy including idea creation and implementation
- Monitor the growth of online presence and customer acquisition through PCC
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and present back to the stakeholders
- Manage the overall Marketing spend budget and use analytical reports to budget and allocate where spend should be made
- Ensure that maximum exposure is achieved across all channels
- Support, coach, and mentor the junior staff within the media team.
Role Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent within Marketing
- Experience of biddable media is essential with experiance of at least 2 years
- Demonstrable experience of implementing new ideas to improve results and ROI
- Ideally you will have worked in an e-commerce or digital business
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEM and SEO
- Sound knowledge with analytic software (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills
- Understanding of producing Product Listing Adverts and using SKU's
