Role Profile

Bunzl Catering Supplies, part of the Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division, is the leading distributor of disposables, packaging and hygiene solutions to the hospitality and catering sectors in the UK. Delivering to a variety of customers in both the private and public sector from small independent cafe owners, local health trusts and schools to national hotel and restaurant chains.

As the exclusive recruitment partner for Bunzl Catering, Cast UK have been instructed to recruit a National Account Sector Co-ordinator for their National Accounts team. The role will be office based and will be based at their Basingstoke office. The National Accounts Sector Co-ordinator will offer support and assistance to the National Accounts team and will liaise with a number of essential departments within the Bunzl group.

Key Responsibilities

• Run regular reports for customer, to include monthly business plans
• Liaise with stock controllers to manage changes to stock levels
• Liaise with internal key stakeholders to meet customer needs, ensuring smooth running of the account
• Review compliance within the customer portfolio and the use of GAP analysis
• Liaise with customers to increase sales and work on joint projects.
• Effective housekeeping of customer price files and liaise with customer support desk

This is an office-based administration role providing support to the sales team and customer service to major account head offices within the sector. To assist in the achievement of National Account sales, profit and customer service targets through individual and team KPIs.
