Are you a process-driven procurement professional with strong experience in P2P processes and procurement systems?

Are you passionate about championing process improvement and developing best in class procurement procedures?

What will the role involve?

  • Implementing and improving Procurement processes that will increase the efficiency of the wider Procurement team
  • Supporting the implementation and upgrade of Procurement systems, including SAP MM
  • Providing training and support to all system users
  • Delivering training sessions to end users in the business
  • Producing user manuals and process flows
  • Managing Digital Transformation Projects within the Procurement function

You will ideally have...

  • Previous experience in a Purchasing or Supply Chain role
  • Proven track record in a systems and/or process driven role - e.g. acting as a key user, super user or Procurement system administrator
  • Excellent working knowledge of Procurement Systems and ERP systems (SAP MM preferred)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good analytical skills with Intermediate Excel
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
