Project Manager - 6 Months, Wembley, £ Day Rate
We are seeking a Project Manager to join the team for a growing family-owned business based in London who are going through an exciting digitisation transformation across a number of business functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management and successful delivery of projects that meet customer requirements. You will oversee the coordination of activities and resources, driving the project to completion, and ensuring that all milestones are met.
You will utilise your expertise in project management to ensure that ongoing projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality. You will ensure that any risks to the project are identified and managed effectively, and that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date with progress.
The role is Monday to Friday and is inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans to ensure that all deliverables are met
- Responsible for the implementation of CRM systems
- Manage communication between stakeholders and team members
- Lead the implementation of the Product Information Management (PIM) system
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Identify, manage and mitigate risks
- Set up processes to ensure that all information and data is added to the WMS
- Complete the implementation of new OCR system and ensure processes and training are carried out
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget
- Manage project resources and delegate tasks to personnel
What are we looking for?
- Experience of implementing CRM systems and have an understanding of data requirements
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within SME businesses
- Experience of being involved in product launch processes
- Proficient with project management methodologies
- Excellent understanding of project management tools
- Experience of training, effective implementation and roll-out of multiple new technologies within businesses.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
