Home-Based (Travel to Bristol once a month)

Are you a Project Manager with extensive experience of managing a portfolio of projects?

Do you like the idea of shaping the growth of an expanding and upcoming business?

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage projects across several departments with a focus on People, Profit and Planet.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a successful growing business within the travel industry that is currently working on various growth plans. You will work Monday to Friday and be based from home, but will be required to go to Head Office, based in Bristol on average once a month.

What will the role involve?

• Facilitating projects from both technical and the business perspective ensuring smooth delivery throughout.
• Ensuring all projects are rolled out effectively with training where required whilst engaging the team.
• Managing various projects from different workstreams with different business areas and stakeholders.
• Understanding resource requirements for delivery of projects and support the lead developer in communication and scope management.
• Working with the technical team and other areas of the business to analyse data to make data driven decisions.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget whilst still allowing the business to operate at pace with continued growth.
• Ability to foresee and identify issues/risks and raise these appropriately with suggestions on how to overcome.

Ideal Skills and Experience

• Significant experience in a Project Management role, leading multiple projects at any time.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience of bringing together a diverse range of knowledge and skills.
• Previous experience of working with software development teams.
• Ability to lead with a desire to work at all levels within a project.
• Ability to multitask whilst moving across various projects.
• Good influencing and relationship building skills.
• Project Management qualification highly desirable.
