We are actively seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership capabilities to oversee projects spanning multiple departments, focusing on ERP migration and warehouse implementations. This role presents an exciting prospect to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing business currently engaged in multiple expansion initiatives. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as this role involves collaboration with teams in Europe and the USA, with travel to these locations.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the execution of projects, harmonizing both technical and business aspects to ensure seamless delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Efficiently deploying projects, encompassing training as needed, while fostering team engagement.
• Managing a diverse array of projects across different workstreams and business areas, engaging various stakeholders.
• Crafting comprehensive project plans, including the development of risk logs and approval packs.
• Collaborating with the technical team and other organisational units to analyse data, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, while maintaining a conducive environment for business operations in the context of sustained growth.
• Proactively identifying and addressing issues and risks, proposing viable solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience in Project Management, demonstrating proficiency in overseeing multiple projects independently.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of harmonizing diverse knowledge and skills.
• Prior involvement in ERP Migration projects.
• Familiarity with internal change and transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership aptitude, with a willingness to engage at all project levels.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities, enabling you to navigate various projects seamlessly.
• Effective influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Hold a Project Management qualification.
• Background in Logistcs
