Company Profile

Our client is a global organisation providing electrical product solutions to a wide range of sectors, including Defence, Rail and Aviation. This position will be responsible for the administration of various activities relating to the quality management system.

The Role

• Frequently communicate with customers and suppliers, finding out the root cause of issues, understanding trends and creating action plans to track product issues.
• Produce and distribute statistical reports
• Provide ongoing input towards customer satisfaction surveys and improve response levels
• Export admin duties
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain regulatory and compliance reports.
• Support the Team leader and the surrounding team
• Embrace and leverage the companies continuous improvement culture.

The Candidate

• Highly organised, driven, and motivated to grow your career
• Attitude is everything!
• Exception written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Degree in maths or business would be desirable
• Understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data
• Innovative, creative, and comfortable to challenge the status quo
