Role Profile

Cast UK are working exclusively with one of our exciting partners, who are a fast-paced, well-established organisation. Their contacts stretch across the UK, as they are considered one of the leading companies in their field.

This exciting role requires a candidate who can demonstrate a natural flare for leadership, alongside a proven track record of delivering results. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Regional Manager will ensure the service delivery and proper operation of sites ensuring correct business practices and quality standards are met at all times.

The Role:

  • Responsible to managing, evaluating, and motivating staff performance along with the business's principles.
  • Responsible for 4-6 Area Managers to ensure site operations and run correctly. Assist Area Managers with all staff related issues, from scheduling to disciplinaries.
  • Assist with mobilisation of contracts, cover for Area managers when necessary and deputise for Head of Department when requested.
  • Ensure quality standards are met through conducting regular audits.
  • Initial and develop positive solutions to any challenges.
  • Ensure scheduling, wages and budgets are processed correctly.
  • Comply with H&S regulations including insurance provisions.
  • Adopt a 'hands-on approach' and lead by example.

The Person:

  • Experienced in managing leadership teams and staff with a variety of experience.
  • Confident with budget control and setting/meeting KPI's to a required standard.
  • Excellent understanding of cleaning services and processes.
  • Prompt, reliable, exemplary leadership and motivational skills.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office, along with excellent literacy and writing skills.
  • Fantastic communication skills: with the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and customers - skilled in objection handling and dealing with complaints.
  • Degree educated; BSc/MBA preferred
