Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the promotion, sale, and comprehensive customer support for both current clients and potential customers, ensuring product satisfaction.
- Foster, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with businesses and customers, fortifying mutual trust and rapport.
- Quickly resolve customer concerns and grievances to enhance overall satisfaction, solidifying customer loyalty and trust.
- Consistently meet and surpass predefined sales targets and objectives within agreed-upon timelines, ensuring consistent growth and performance.
- Skillfully manage the product mix in sales to not only maintain but also enhance profit margins, thereby optimizing revenue.
- Support senior management with meticulously prepared reports detailing customer needs, concerns, interests, competitor activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
