Role Profile

Our client is an established yet growing business based in Manchester. You will be joining an experienced sales team to help with the continued growth of the company.

The role is office based, and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and free parking is provided.

What will the role involve?

• Processing of all incoming customer orders from point of first contact
• Support the Business Development team through excellent customer service with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and revenue/ spend
• General customer service-related admin including maintaining sales order related information on company system
• Work cross functionally with other business functions such as merchandising, Distribution team and Quality control department to ensure optimal customer experience

What are we looking for?

• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage your own workload
• Ideally you will have a background in mail order companies and/or customer service
• Strong administration skills, computer literate and comfortable using CRM's
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
