Role Profile

We are recruiting an exciting position for an established manufacturing business who are experiencing a period of growth. We are seeking engaging and enthusiastic individuals with strong sales or customer service experience to join a busy internal sales function. The role is Monday to Friday, office based with some flexibility on working hours for the right candidate.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide back office technical and commercial support to Key Account Managers, Regional and Sector Sales Colleagues
• Act as the focal point between external sales and production whilst co-ordinating customer projects and product requirements from enquiry to delivery
• Be the first point of contact for new customers and produce follow ups to quotations
• Give information to customers of order updates, logistics, freight costs, etc.
• Maintain and update CRM and other systems

You will need…

• Previous experience in an internal sales or customer service role
• Technical degree or Commercial degree with technical experience would be ideal
• Proven experience managing multiple tasks or overseeing projects
• High level of organisation
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
