Are you an organised and detail-driven professional with a flair for Excel and a proactive mindset? We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced and supportive team based in Tamworth.

The Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accurate data processing, and maintaining high standards of internal coordination. You'll be working closely with internal departments and clients, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative support to the sales team
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data and reports using Excel
• Manage sales order processing and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
• Prepare and analyse sales reports and customer information
• Assist with general office duties and ad hoc tasks as needed

About You:

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and formulas)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
