If you're an experience Marketing Professional, with excellent interpersonal skills, and looking to join an organisational that cherishes their employees, then this role is for you! This is a new role in a growing team focused on Search Marketing, covering both Paid Search and SEO.

This role is based in the office 3 days per week and is typical office hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly scoping & testing new features needed for optimising and scaling.
• Managing the PPC budget, including managing bids, budgets, and creative page testing.
• Responsible for updating and tracking the key responses again key SEO metrics.
• Communicate marketing plans and results effectively to key stakeholders, including senior management, to drive support and alignment.
• Stay informed about the target audience, market trends, and competitors to position the brand effectively and enhance its reputation.
• Continual KPI reporting against marketing performance, reviewing areas for improvement and change.

Key Skills

• Proven record working in a Search Marketing role, ideally within a multi-channel B2C environment
• Strong experience with Google ads and Bing
• Excel and Google Analytics expertise, including GA4.
• Excellent attention to detail with naturally analytical mindset
• Enthusiastic about digital trends and feature testing
