Are you an ambitious Buyer or Procurement Officer with skills in tendering and supplier relationship management?

Do you have experience in Construction, Fit Out or Social Housing?

This is a great opportunity step into a Senior Buyer role, working for an established business continuing to experience growth and expansion.

What will the role involve?

• Managing the procurement of construction and fit out related services
• Leading high value tenders and negotiating contractual terms with suppliers
• Undertaking contract management and supplier relationship management to deliver cost savings and added value
• Managing and developing stakeholder relationships, internal and external
• Analysing procurement data to inform procurement decisions and development of category strategies

Ideal Skills and Experience

• Relevant procurement experience, including tendering and contract negotiation
• Exposure to procuring service contracts
• Previous experience in construction / fit out / social housing
• Strong relationship building / stakeholder engagement skills
• CIPS qualification, or keenness to work towards!
