Salary: £45,000-£50,000 Benefits
Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our client, a global leader in making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. They are seeking a Senior Buyer to ensure the seamless supply of essential products and drive efficiency within their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of buyers across multiple sites.
- Resolve critical supply issues and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Manage supplier relationships and execute cost-saving projects.
- Mitigate supply risks and drive inventory reduction goals.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and regulations.
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in buying and procurement.
- Previous exposure to regulated industries is advantageous.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Previous team management or leadership experience preferred.
