Role Profile
Our client, a successful and growing business in Manchester, is looking to appoint a HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor on a 9 month fixed term basis to cover a colleagues maternity leave.
This is a generalist HR role and you will support the team in all areas including coaching, advising and supporting managers and supervisors in all HR matters
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing generalist HR support to the team
- To effectively support any recruitment needs of the business both internally and externally
- Building robust relationships with key stakeholders including hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver business needs
- To provide managers with best practice advice and guidance on policies, legislation and company procedures.
Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Min. 2 years' HR experience in an HR Generalist role
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience with specific understanding of employment law and GDPR
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven track record of managing direct recruitment processes
- High competence in Microsoft office
